We are thrilled this home was able to provide you with the perfect vacation spot for you and your family. The kitchen could use more knives for food prep (we only found a couple steak knives), more airtight containers for cut up fruit and leftovers, and some serving trays. It’s a quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Seaside. All appliances worked great, and the back patio with fire pit was fun for s’mores and just hanging out. The downstairs is spacious and we never felt crowded.

Having three full baths would have made life easier with four coed teens, but we managed fine aside from some minor inconvenience. We liked the layout, with all bedrooms upstairs (beds were very comfortable) and an awesome upper screened porch. Such a cute house, recently updated, clean, and in great condition. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! * Sorry, no pets allowed.
The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. SEAGROVE BEACH Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. Make your way just down 30A to the beach access and you'll have your toes in the sand within minutes. You will feel right at home in this cozy community of Gulf Mist beach cottages located directly across Scenic 30A from the beautiful beaches of South Walton. 1 miles | Time: 3 minutes walking GULF MIST White picket fences adorn the well-kept lawns as you take a leisurely walk to this Seagrove Beach neighborhood pool. Take this down a few feet past The Palms to your beach access, Pelayo. BEACH ACCESS Heading out the subdivision, cross 30A and turn right onto the walking path. Private bath with dual vanities and large shower.

At Making Memories, you'll enjoy a relaxing vacation with plenty of comfortable furnishings and wonderful outdoor living spaces. Right off the master suite is a wonderful additional outdoor entertaining space with TV and mini fridge. All bedrooms have TVs as well as access to the balcony. The 2 guest bedrooms share a large hallway bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combination. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs to sleep 8 comfortably. Also on this main level is a combination laundry and half bath, next to the stairs. Out the back door is more dining space, a gas grill and fire pit area with seating. Everything is light, bright, and beachy here. The 1st floor of this home is the main living area with a large kitchen (with plenty of storage!) overlooking the beautiful fireplace and a unique dining area. Located in the popular Gulf Mist subdivision, with this home you'll also have access to the beautiful community pool as well. Making Memories is just 3 minutes to the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the 30A beaches.
